As a New York State licensed massage therapist and part-time sculptress, Karen Levinson is aware of the power of touch in all aspects.

This awareness, along with her 22 years of experience, enhances a wide range of massage practices used to create a holistic approach to wellness and injury recovery.

With expertise in the techniques of Pain and Stress Management, Reflexology, Injury Recovery and Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, Karen develops specialized treatment plans and creates a safe, comfortable environment where healing can occur.

Karen also collaborates with chiropractors, physical therapists and physicians to provide in-practice massage therapy and has served as an on-site Massage Therapist to NYC Marathon runners. She has conducted workshops for healthcare providers and corporate executives on stress management and the benefits of massage. She also teaches Reflexology at various spas and holistic centers.

Trained and certified at The New Center for Holistic Health & Education, Karen has convenient locations in Manhattan and Brooklyn.

Karen is an exceptional therapist. I have had the good fortune to receive both massage and cranial sacral treatments from her. Her hands are magic – gentle, strong, intuitive and capable of deep healing. She understands how to address chronic problems, brings real compassion to clients, takes care to build relationships, and is engaged in the overall needs of any person she sees. She's a seasoned professional.
Deploying her professional knowledge of anatomy, her nimble and powerful hands, and her intuitive grasp of "What's making it hurt," Karen Levinson has – over a very few months – largely released my body from what had long felt like a muscular suit of armor. Moreover, this glamorous and adventurous lady (who recently back-packed in Peru!) is kind-spirited, funny, and generous. I definitely consider her a friend. And I obviously recommend her services.
Karen Hall Siegel, PhD
Karen has skillful, intuitive hands that find the trouble spots immediately. There are very few minutes of the massage that are feel good but not also acting more deeply. Karen works in multiple modalities that help me feel both immediate relief as well as continue to feel better after the fact. In particular, I appreciate how Karen balances hands on massage with energy work that, for me, enable the most long lasting physical well-being.
Dr. Lisa Kentgen
Karen has been my massage therapist for over 10 years. She is sensitive, experienced in many therapies (or many different forms of therapy)and truly concerned about the people she cares for. I recommend her highly (I even brought my 88 year old mother to her).
Harriet Chichester
Karen is a caring and careful massage therapist. She is precise and thorough, knowledgeable and intuitive.  Karen has a natural curiosity that promotes her learning. This innate drive to discover in conjunction with her extensive experience and sensitive touch is just part of what makes Karen a great massage therapist.
